The Motor Sport Association (MSA) are teaming up with the Oxford Motor Club to offer Speedmachine visitors passenger rides during the festival.

Visitors to Speedmachine can jump in the passenger seat and be navigated around a specially designed course, including manoeuvring around cones to try to gain the fastest speed with the best precision.

AutoSOLOs are an entry level form of club motor sport that’s easily accessible to anyone with a standard road car. Supported by nearly 100 club members and volunteers, the initiative will give visitors to Speedmachine their first taste of grassroots motor sport with free passenger rides, which will be offered in a variety of road cars.

The AutoSOLO is a great opportunity for people to find out more about competing and volunteering in motor sport. With hundreds of local motor clubs located all around the UK, there is sure to be an opportunity for almost anybody with a car to get started!

The MSA is the national governing body for four-wheel motor sport in the UK. It is proud to represent approximately 30,000 competition licence holders, 9,500 volunteer marshals and officials and issues around 5,000 motor sport event permits every year.
